PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP. I MAKE EACH UNIT MYSLEF; I DO NOT PURCHASE STOCK UNITS AND SIMPLY STYLE THEM... EACH UNIT IS MADE WITH LOVE AND EXTREME DETAIL! I WON'T PART WITH A UNIT I AM NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH. IN THE EVENT THERE IS A POSSIBLE DELAY WITH YOUR ORDER I WILL CALL YOU PERSONALLY.

FOR FRONTAL UNITS MEASUREMENT #1 NEEDS TO BE IN FRONT OF THE HAIRLINE AND IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

NO. ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOM. IN THE RARE EVENT MY WORK DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, I WILL RECTIFY THE SITUATION AS MY CLIENTS ARE CLIENTS NOT JUST CUSTOMERS.
